Primary Objective:

The Clerk is the primary source of expert advice to the Speaker, Ministers and Members on all aspects of parliamentary practice and procedure, and the operation of parliamentary committees, responsible for the accurate preparation and safe custody of parliamentary records and documents, and for the efficient processing of legislation. An Executive contract up to 4 years may be offered.
