Primary Objective:
This Register of Interest is for multiple Inclusion Advisor Psychologist job opportunities available throughout the Northern Territory. Applications may be assessed while the Register remains open or immediately on its closure in March 2025. Psychologists work within a Multi-tiered System of Support framework to build capacity of educators to support students to maximise their educational outcomes. School psychologists perform psychological assessments with students for various reasons using psychometric testing, observation and interviews with parents and teachers. Consultation, comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and short term therapeutic interventions are provided to students with learning, behaviour and personal/social competence concerns that may be having a direct impact on educational outcomes. Successful applicants must hold a degree in psychology and registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Copies of your qualifications and proof of professional membership status must be provided for your application to be considered. Selection will be made at the P1, P2 or P3 level depending on available positions and the experience/qualifications of successful applicants. Applicants may request to be based in various locations throughout the NT.
