Primary Objective:

The General Manager Operating Model leads the design and execution of the Operating Model program, delivering best-practice transformation outcomes for Power and Water. This role provides proactive, high-level strategic advice and updates to the Board, Chief Executive, and executive leadership team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and driving sustainable, efficient operations. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
