Primary Objective:
Providing strategic and people leadership to a multi-disciplined team to ensure the management and optimisation of operations of Power and Waters' Indigenous Essential Services Retail team; ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to the 72 remote communities and 79 outstations managed by Power and Waters' not-for-profit subsidiary Indigenous Essential Services Pty Ltd. Provide effective leadership and management to the Alice Springs Customer Experience and Operations Team.
