Primary Objective:

Establish the systems and processes for the investigation and analysis of deaths that occur in a domestic and family violence context to identify systemic issues, enhance safety, better assess, and ultimately improve policies and their implementation. Ensure learnings from Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence deaths prevent future deaths through identifying and promoting continuous improvement opportunities in Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence policies and services across government and community-based services.
