Primary Objective:
The Northern Territory Government Graduate Development Program is designed as an entry point to a career with the Northern Territory Public Sector. The graduate program offers full time, one- or two-years employment within a NT Government Department. Graduate positions are available for graduates that have completed in the last three years or are due to complete this year. Opportunities stretch across a variety of career pathways. Note: Selections for this program occur between May - July 2025, with selected candidates commencing January 2026. Several vacancies may be available in either Alice Springs, Darwin, Katherine, Palmerston, Tennant Creek, or Nhulunbuy subject to negotiation with the successful applicant/s. Selection will be made at the GRADT, PRG, ACS, 2ACS, or 2PR level depending on the qualifications and/or experience of the successful applicant/s. Selection will be made at the Graduate Trainee, Professional Graduate, Band 1 Administrative Corporate Services, Band 2 Administrative Corporate Services or Band 2 Professional level at the time of appointment.
