Primary Objective:
The provision of specialist expertise in medicine and of clinical leadership contributing towards the ongoing development of a high quality general practice and rural service, including clinical management, supervision of medical staff and delivery of education and training. Employment in the Single Employer Model allows one contract across multiple health sites. SEM doctors will be expected to participate in a shared, equitable employment agreement across at least two SEM sites. Selection will be made at the REG or SREG level depending on the experience/qualifications of the successful applicant.
