Primary Objective:

As one of the Assistant Directors, lead strategic initiatives to improve technology and organisational reform within the Northern Territory Police Force. Focus on policy development, governance, and managing complex projects aligned with the Command's strategic and workforce reform goals. Provide expert advice to senior leadership, ensuring initiatives align with government priorities. Lead a small team to drive results, engage with stakeholders, and occasionally lead implementation.
