Primary Objective:

To provide effective management, leadership and development of the Darwin office in the Crown team. To provide direction and high-level advice to staff on legal matters. To engage with stakeholders on behalf of the Director to facilitate the smooth day-today operation of the Darwin Crown office, and to attend meetings on the Director’s behalf. To provide advice to the Director and his Deputy, on both complex files as well as the proper administration of the Darwin Crown office. To allocate Crown work across the Darwin office, including arranging the briefing of Supreme Court trials.
