Primary Objective:

Under the supervision of the unit manager, deliver the Northern Territory Arts Grants Program and arts development responsibilities to support the Departments’ strategic direction, Arts NT’s business plan and the development of the Northern Territory arts, culture, and creative industries. Arts NT is a small business unit with a dynamic work environment. Applicants must promote and adopt a positive and balanced approach to work. Priority will be given to applicants with well-developed skills in positive customer relationship management, proficiency in grant administration, and ability to work flexibly in an open plan, busy environment with competing priorities.
