Primary Objective:

Lead and provide high-level direction, oversight and coordination to the Mining Assessment and Compliance Branch undertaking assessment, monitoring, and review of mining activities, including exploration, extractives and mines, in accordance with the Environment Protection Act 2019. This vacancy may be available in either Alice Springs or Darwin subject to negotiation with the successful applicant.
