Primary Objective:

As a senior member of staff, under the direction and in consultation with the Head of Campus, undertake educational leadership and ensure the provision of quality educational programs and behaviour management for students experiencing a wide range of complex trauma. Supporting the Head of Campus in leading a professional culture of high expectations.
