Primary Objective:

School counsellors play a critical role in enhancing student wellbeing and safety through the delivery of evidence-based interventions. Counsellors support a culture of inclusion, engagement, and attendance by applying a Multi-Tiered System of Supports framework. Through the provision of whole-school and classroom initiatives, targeted small group programs, and individual counselling, school counsellors foster strong partnerships across the school community. Their work contributes to a positive, supportive learning environment that promotes improved outcomes for all students.
