Primary Objective:

Provide leadership and efficient co-ordination skills towards overall requirements of services, internal and external for complex care patients at the Alice Springs Hospital, working in conjunction with all stakeholders to ensure timely and successful patient discharge, transition of care and prevention of readmission.
