Primary Objective:

The position is responsible for leading and managing key VET business operations and projects to ensure the effective delivery of the Institute’s objectives. This includes oversight of administrative functions, project governance, and stakeholder engagement across the VET Division. The role will support the Director of VET in driving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships, enhance student and staff experiences, and build the Institute’s profile. The position will coordinate resources, monitor performance, and provide leadership to administrative staff, while ensuring that projects and operations are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the Institute’s Both Ways philosophy and commitment to Indigenous Australians.
