Primary Objective:

This position focuses on strengthening Aboriginal educator workforce capacity across a number of schools in the Big Rivers region. It is responsible for supporting school leaders to create environments that enable Aboriginal educator career progression as well as supporting Aboriginal Educators to engage in professional learning.
