Primary Objective:

The clinician will take a lead role in a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team utilising prior extensive experience in a mental health community setting to conduct a range of assessments and provide therapeutic interventions and education on mental health issues to staff, clients, and family members. The role requires a strong cultural safety framework, a commitment to evidence-based practice with experience working as an autonomous practitioner and within a clinical mental health leadership role. As per merit selection principles, an applicant’s suitability for this vacancy will be determined having regard to their knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience, and potential for future development.
