Primary Objective:

High level of leadership skills will be required to manage a large team of junior staff in busy units. An exceptional understanding of complex discharge planning and willingness to engage ambulatory care services to ensure timely discharges will be required in our challenging environment. Engagement with cultural orientation is essential for any interested applicant as well as the ability to work well in a team and engage patients of the diverse multicultural background of the Top End of the Northern Territory. Several vacancies are available, working in Darwin and Palmerston.
