Primary Objective:

Lead the procurement and management of Across Government Contracts used by Northern Territory Government Agencies to purchase goods and services from a variety of contract categories. This includes providing strategic advice and expertise on new and emerging opportunities, analysis of government demand, market research of industry capabilities and contract development in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
