Primary Objective:

These roles manage the delivery of complex building and construction projects, including capital works, and lead the activities of Project Managers, Project Officers, and external service providers to ensure the provision of high-quality advice and services to client agencies across the Alice Springs region. Oversee all phases of the clients’ Building Programs and major project planning to ensure projects are delivered in a timely, cost-effective, and professional manner in line with Northern Territory Government standards and objectives. Selection will be made at the T5 or T6 level depending on the experience of the successful applicant.
