Provide leadership and coordination of the multidisciplinary allied health professional team on home based wards within Royal Darwin and Palmerston Hospital to ensure the delivery of a high quality, culturally appropriate and effective service to patients and their families. Seven vacancies are available, working in Darwin and Palmerston.
