Delivery and Regional Priorities – Government Employment Housing

Primary Objective:

Provide quality property and tenancy management services to government employee housing tenants in regional and remote communities in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1999 and Housing Act 1982, including ingoing, vacate and regular inspections and supporting occupants to report repairs and maintenance needs.
