Primary Objective:

The Leasing Services Team delivers end-to-end leasing and tenancy management services for Government Leasing Services, supporting the effective administration, compliance and performance of CEO (Housing)-managed leasing programs. The team ensures leases and tenancies are managed in accordance with legislative, policy and contractual requirements, and contributes to the delivery of safe, sustainable and well-managed housing outcomes for the Northern Territory Government.
