Primary Objective:

Manage the compliance and enforcement functions of the Development Coordination Branch relating to land clearing on unzoned land under the Planning Act 1999 across the Northern Territory. The position is to ensure a robust and credible compliance program is maintained that contributes to the sustainable development and conservation of the Territory’s natural resources.
