Primary Objective:

Receive, record and resolve enquiries and complaints by undertaking preliminary inquiries, assessments, formal investigations and conciliations. Assist organisations to develop and improve complaints handling and promote awareness of provider and consumer rights and responsibilities throughout the Northern Territory.
