Primary Objective:

The Early Career Facilitator supports students, graduates, and novice clinicians as they develop core clinical skills, adapt to the demands of the health workforce, and navigate the complexities of caring for diverse patient groups and communities. Working closely with in clinical teams, the role provides day to day coaching, pastoral support, and role modelling to strengthen confidence, capability, and safe patient care. Several part time vacancies are available for 0.8 (32 hrs) per week, working in Darwin and Palmerston.
