Primary Objective:

Lead negotiations, resolve workplace issues and run advocacy cases in tribunals, on behalf of the statutory employer. Provide a strategic consultancy and advisory service on Northern Territory public and private sector industrial relations and Northern Territory Public Sector employee relations policy matters and manage sector-wide policy projects. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered or alternatively the successful applicant can select to be appointed on an ongoing basis at the SAO2 level.
