Primary Objective:

Remote Housing Officers deliver direct tenancy management services, support, and guidance to Remote Public Housing clients according to the Residential Tenancies Act and the Housing Act. This is a community engagement and development role, with responsibility for building relationships with tenants and local organisations. Remote Housing Officers can be located across regional and remote locations and are required to undertake regular travel to remote communities, supporting the shared purpose and direction, understands and supports the Organisation’s vision, mission, and business objectives. Remote Housing Officer’s work closely with the Tenancy Support Service provider for their remote region, collaborating with local staff, and providing training and support to when required.
