Primary Objective:

The role is responsible for the delivery of the NT Government urgent repairs and cyclical maintenance program; including managing period and panel contracts related to the position’s area of specialisation for maintaining building assets on behalf of agencies. Additionally, the role delivers a range of assigned Capital Works, Minor Works and Maintenance projects for Northern Territory Government agencies within their area of expertise and provides technical advice and assistance in relation to projects across the Territory.
