Primary Objective:

Deliver high-level strategic media, communications and engagement leadership to support departmental priorities and build public confidence. Provide strategic advice to executives and staff and oversee media relations - including opportunities and risks - internal and external communications, branding, and community engagement advice. Provide expert writing, editing, and proofreading services to ensure clear and effective communication across all channels.
