Primary Objective:

The Senior Resourcing and Project Officer provides high-level strategic advice and support to facilitate contemporary projects, effective resourcing and Agency activities. This role is integral to the execution of strategic initiatives within Digital Transformation and Reform with a particular focus on recruitment and establishment functions. The role offers leadership and guidance to junior team members and works in a dynamic environment where new challenges require the application of new processes or adaptation of existing practices.
