Primary Objective:

To lead, mentor and support the contact centre teams in the Fines Recovery Unit, ensuring a smooth and consistent delivery of services to the public and stakeholders relating to outstanding debts, and exercise the statutory functions of a delegate of the Director appropriate to their delegation under the Fines and Penalties (Recovery) Act 2001, ensuring the objectives of the organisation are achieved.
