Primary Objective:

The Team Leader Housing Operations is responsible for the provision of supervision and leadership to work units in the delivery of quality tenancy management and client services to the Department of Housing, Local Government and Community Development public housing tenants in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act and Housing Act. The Team Leader provides advice and information to the public on matters relating to all public housing programs in accordance with legislation and Departmental policies and procedures.
