Primary Objective:

Tenancy Contract Officers deliver direct tenancy management services, support and guidance to Remote Public Housing clients according to the Remote Public Housing Management framework and the Residential Tenancies Act. This is a community engagement and development role, with responsibility for building relationships with tenants and local organisations. Tenancy Contract Officers can be located across regional and remote locations and are required to undertake regular travel to remote communities, supporting the shared purpose and direction, understands and supports the Organisation’s vision, mission and business objectives. Tenancy Contract Officers works closely with the Tenancy Support Service provider for their remote region, collaborating with local staff, and providing training and support to when required.
