Primary Objective:

Develop and lead communications for the Office of the Children’s Commissioner for a variety of audiences. Manage the Office of the Children’s Commissioner's media and communications liaison and social media platforms. Develop social media content, media releases and child friendly resources. Provide communications advice and support to staff grounded in the Office of the Children’s Commissioner’s legislative remit. Deliver tailored communications approaches that promote and inform public discussion regarding the rights, interests and wellbeing of vulnerable children. This is a job share position working 3 days (22 hrs 48 mins - 0.6 FTE) per week
