Primary Objective:

As a subject matter expert on the unique and specialised procurement needs of the National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre , provide effective, efficient and timely information, advice, support, services and monitoring, so all goods, works and services are procured ensuring National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre is in a state of readiness to respond to local, national and international emergencies. Lead planning, through to execution and completion of procurement activities, to ensure business needs and procurement scopes and assessment criteria are clearly prescribed, the most effective approach is undertaken, and the activities comply with applicable rules, delegations, framework etc and within the budget capacity of the work unit.
