Primary Objective:

Provide leadership, service coordination and facilitate integration of universal and targeted child and family services within the Child and Family Centre. Provide leadership in the facilitation of comprehensive program integration across other multiple stakeholders not directly managed including coordinating a governance group of local stakeholders to engage all sections of the community in decision-making processes. Provide leadership for the operational aspects of the Manayingkarirra Child and Family Centre including overseeing the effective functioning of the Families as First Teachers, Crèche, and Preschool programs while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards.
