Lead and support place based, community led development by strengthening local government capability, decision-making, and governance as part of the Departments commitment to Local Government Reform. Drive effective partnerships and align service delivery to improve life outcomes in regional and remote communities. The role ensures government investment and programs, including the Northern Territory Remote Aboriginal Investment are aligned with community priorities, cultural authority, and sustainable regional growth.
