Primary Objective:

This role will lead implementation of an urgent community aged care paramedicine model of care designed to strengthen the interface between community, primary care and hospital services by providing timely, proactive care to older people, reducing avoidable hospital use and supporting care closer to home. The applicant may be required to work within an extended hours service model, which may include weekends. This vacancy has flexible working hours - A casual locum contract may be considered
