Primary Objective:

Tenancy Contract Officers deliver direct tenancy management services, support, and guidance to Remote Public Housing clients according to the Remote Public Housing Management framework and the Residential Tenancies Act. This is a community engagement and development role, with responsibility for building relationships with tenants and local organisations. Tenancy Contract Officer’s can be located across regional and remote locations and are required to undertake regular travel to remote communities, supporting the shared purpose and direction, understands and supports the Organisation’s vision, mission, and business objectives. Tenancy Contract Officer’s work closely with the Tenancy Support Service providers, collaborating with local staff, and providing training and support to when required.
