Primary Objective:

To manage and deliver complex regulatory compliance functions under the Petroleum Act 1984, Petroleum, Submerged Lands, Act 1981, Energy Pipelines Act 1981 and Geothermal Energy Act 2009, the Energy Legislation, and provide legislative interpretation, expert advice and operational oversight to risk-based monitoring, investigation and enforcement activities.
