Primary Objective:

Provide strategic, operational and professional leadership in the identification and/or development of therapeutic intervention programs, assessment and delivery of clinical programs, services, throughcare and advice on criminogenic risks and needs of offenders to reduce recidivism. Provide leadership in implementing reform.
