Primary Objective:

Provide high level accurate user access provisioning and second- level Information Communication Technology support to a wide range of clinical, child protection and education information system users, ensuring systems. Ensure access requests, incidents and service requests are managed to conclusion cost effectively, within required timeframes, and in compliance with relevant standards.
