Primary Objective:

Working to the General Manager Territory Regions and Central Australia, you will provide and support regional leadership and coordination for the Central Australia region, across and beyond the Northern Territory Public Sector. This involves leading, partnering and coordinating with government agencies, community organisations, industry, peak bodies and key stakeholders to rebuild the economy, reduce crime and restore the Territory lifestyle at the regional level. You will coordinate economic growth strategies for the Central Australia region and direct local emergency recovery activities when required. An Executive contract of up to 2 years may be offered.
