Primary Objective:

To leverage expertise in environmental science, impact assessment and regulation to effectively and efficiently administer environmental legislation such as the Petroleum (Environment) Regulations 2016, Environment Protection Act 2019, Waste Management and Pollution Control Act 1998, Water Act 1992, and the Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Act 2011.
