Primary Objective:

Provide high quality legal advice relating to the prosecution of less complex prosecutions. Provide representation for the prosecution before all courts of the Northern Territory and the High Court of Australia in less complex prosecutions, appeals and related matters. This is a litigation position for an experienced advocate. Several vacancies are available in either Darwin or Katherine subject to negotiation with the successful applicant.
