Primary Objective:
The Senior Customer Service Representative delivers high quality customer service to a diverse range of customer across the Northern Territory, managing complex and technical enquiries through Power and Waters multiple contact channels. These include call centre, webchat, email, social media and face to face interactions. The role provides day to day leadership through coaching and mentoring team members and plays a key role in supporting the training and capability development of new staff, contributing to consistent service delivery and continuous improvement across Customer Operations.
