The Senior Manager Customer Experience leads the delivery of Power and Water’s customer experience strategy by translating the organisation’s customer experience strategy into practical, measurable and sustainable outcomes. The role drives customer-centred transformation across services, channels and operating processes, embedding customer insight, continuous improvement and strong governance to make every interaction simple, embed the customer voice and enable sustainable futures together. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered
