Primary Objective:

Provide effective administration, system management and quality assurance of the Northern Territory land valuation rolls and supplementary land valuations. The position project manages the progressive roll out of supplementary Unimproved Capital Value assessments across the Territory, proactively manages contracts with external valuers, and maintains and develops the valuation module of the Integrated Land Information System to ensure valuation rolls are accurate, current and meet legislative requirements.
