Primary Objective:

Provide strategic leadership of the Department’s project and contract management ecosystem through Enterprise Project Services, integrating four specialist business units to uplift infrastructure delivery maturity, data-driven decision-making, and organisational capability to implement enterprise adoption of enhanced project systems. Steward frameworks, systems, and a risk-based governance culture that embed continuous improvement within the Department’s quality management practice, positioning Enterprise Project Services as a trusted partner and centre of excellence supporting consistent program, project, and contract outcomes across all activities. Lead cultural transformation and change management to build a cohesive, high-performing team aligned with the Department’s strategic goals. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
